Membership
ANNOUNCEMENT: Currently accepting NEW and RENEWAL Memberships on Sundays from 10 am to 12 noon (or when the club is open) during the year.
We are currently accepting new members. Please read through the following information carefully. Spencer Fish & Game is a family-oriented non-profit organization that depends on the active participation of its members. Please remember that being a member is a privilege, not a right. All membership is granted at the discretion of the Board of Directors. A CORI check may be requested a the discretion of the Board of Directors. Membership must be renewed on an annual basis. Membership runs on a Calendar year January 1st - December 31st.
New MEmber application process
Submit your application by printing and filling out a membership form, or contact us for a paper form (available at the bars when open - see schedule)
Attend a meeting to get voted in. If without a Sponsor, attend a Board of Directors meeting, OR attend a General Membership Meeting with your Sponsor to be voted in as a member
Submit your dues after being voted in (cash or check accepted)
Receive a paper copy of the club rules and physically sign the acknowledgment sheet
Read the club by-laws and rules
Receive your unique membership card (Intermediate, Senior, One-Day Members only)
Bring your card with you when on the Club property.

Intermedia Member $15
Junior Member $10
One-Day Rifle/Pistol Range Member $20
One-Day Derby Member $25
Life Member $0 (no dues)
SERVICE HOURS
All members must complete FOUR mandatory service hours annually. Together, this is our club and we collectively work to maintain and improve it for the enjoyment of our members and their families. Please contact a Director for information. Monthly member meetings each count for 0.5 service hours. Service houses must be verified and submitted by a club Director. In the rare case of any member not fulfilling their service hour requirement, they will be assessed a $25.00 fee in the following year's membership.
About SPonsors
All NEW Senior Membership applicants must have a sponsor. There are two options:
You know someone a the club, a member in good standing who will sponsor you. Indicate this on your application.
After completing your application, attend a monthly Board of Directors meeting. Check the Events Calendar for details. At this meeting, you will be interviewed as the 1st item of business and notified the following day if the Directors are willing to sponsor you.
MEMBERSHIP TYPES
There are five membership types. Memberships are valid from January 1st through December 31st each year.
1) Life Membership
Eligibility Requirements
Members who have held a regular membership for five consecutive years and have reached age 65

NO DUES
Benefits
May sponsor two One-Day members per 24-hour period
May vote at all General Meetings
2) Senior Membership
Eligibility Requirements
Must be 18 or older at the time of application
Must have a Sponsor or approval by the Board of Directors (see above)
Complete and submit a Membership Application annually
Submit annual dues as determined by Board of Directors
Satisfy the mandatory 4 service hours per calendar year

3) intermediate Membership
Eligibility Requirements
Must be between 13-17 years old at the time of application
Complete and submit a Membership Application annually
Submit annual dues as determined by Board of Directors

4) Junior Membership
Eligibility Requirements
Must be 12 years of age or younger at the time of application
Complete and submit a Membership Application annually
Submit annual dues as determined by Board of Directors

5) One-day Membership
Requirements/Limitations
Must be purchased from the Club Hall prior to the day members wish to bring their guests
Must be sponsored by a Life or Senior Member
The sponsoring member must be with the guest when purchasing the One-Day Membership.
The sponsoring member must be with the guest while they are on the pistol/rifle range
Cannot vote at all General Meetings
One-Day Members for the Derby are only valid for the date stamped on their application
Fee
$20.00 for a single day at the rifle/pistol range. Will be deducted from the price of a regular membership (Senior, Intermediate, Junior) if purchased within 30 days.
$25.00 for a single day at any Derby valid for the date signed on application.
